By accessing or using HoopCommander, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. HoopCommander is a product of Legacy Trail Enterprises LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
HoopCommander provides basketball coaching tools including rotation planning, digital playbooks, game scheduling, and situational quick-cards. The service is offered in free and paid subscription tiers. Features available in each tier are described on the Pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree to use HoopCommander only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Club and organization accounts are limited to the number of coaches specified in the plan.
HoopCommander and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Legacy Trail Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, such as plays and game notes.
HoopCommander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Legacy Trail Enterprises LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Trail Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HoopCommander.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
